EM Solutions is a quick turn, high technology board assembly company specializing in quantities ranging from prototypes to mid volumes.

EMS has multiple SMT lines equipped with the latest placement machines. One line is fully automatic with stencil and component placement AOI and a nitrogen-purged IR/Convection oven. Another line is semi-automatic with a smaller paste system and a conventional IR/ Convection oven. Both lines have very quick set-up, so there's no excessive cost or downtime to reconfigure the lines, giving you automatic placement accuracy without the high cost normally associated with line reconfiguration.

To ensure quality, our lines automatically test all passive components before placement. Any of our lines will pull parts from trays and auto align with proper polarity, so no reel is no problem.

EMS also offers a low to mid-volume through-hole line, as well as an engineering lab for precision manual placement.
